Cockerel farming

The most popular breeds are Cornish, Plymouth Rock and New Hampshire.

Cockerel chicks are purchased from our suppliers and transported to a building for heating and breeding for 4 to 5 months before sale. Some are sold at 38 days for haute cuisine that uses the very tender flesh. Its meat is highly sought after for its finesse and its tender and delicious flesh. The breeding process of ELIEL FARM is respected with great rigor.

The cockerels are raised in buildings. They are rigorously monitored from their arrival until their sale, respecting the breeding process implemented at THE ELIEL FARM.

The cockerels can weigh up to 5 kg with firm flesh that we deliver to our customers during the end-of-year holidays, mainly for hearty family meals or for celebrating large parties.
